An AuDHD woman is reportedly finally going to solve all her problems with one more “boom” phase of her lifelong boom-and-bust cycle.

Navya Randhawa, 38, has had “learn to slow down” on her to do list for the past 15 years, and says she will get around to it once she clears everything else off, including “delete gut issues entirely” and “unfuck the wardrobe”.

This latest batch of tasks, according to Randhawa, aims to set up her life so she can move from constantly preparing for something to actually having experiences. She said: “I’m finally going to reach that fabled place of no longer feeling like I’m behind everyone else. When I catch up on the last twenty years, which I am on track to do by next week, I’ll finally settle into an easy rhythm where I work sustainably because there’ll be no more feelings of inadequacy to drown in overwork!”

“I understand that everyone’s timeline is different, but I don’t belong to the category of ‘everyone’ yet. I’m going to become everyone. Once I’m a K-pop idol.”

Randhawa reportedly then finished her tasks in three hours and burnt out for the next four weeks, during which she did not feel like a winner.
