A woman who has insisted she’s “a bit OCD” is – in fact – not.
Karen Hoyland, 46, made the comment to explain why she likes things neat and tidy – but after being challenged by an actual OCD sufferer, has doubled down on her claims.
Her niece, Becky Hoyland, 19, who has an OCD diagnosis, commented: “Oh really? Do you have to count your steps everywhere you walk? And walk in step with the person next to you? And avoid all the cracks in the pavement or someone you love will get cancer?”
Hoyland reportedly went a sort of aubergine colour, before mumbling: “a bit.”
Hoyland could not be reached for further comment, as she was concentrating on attempting to count her steps everywhere to prove a point.
