An autistic woman claims she cannot wait for autumn, during which she will leave her house about as little as she did in summer, according to sources.

Brenda Hernández, 39, doesn’t get out much, but her limited trips outside have been limited further by the UK hell-summer she really thought was going to end her. Now, she anticipates that the September-to-November period could feature at least one more outing, but honestly not much more than that.

Hernández said: “I love the autumn! The chillier weather which I will barely experience, the crunchy leaves which I will barely experience, and the cosy autumn nights, which will basically be the same for me as the cosy autumn days and pretty similar to summer, just without the ice cream.”

“I can’t wait to do the exact same things I was doing before but feel less hot doing them.”

Hernández was last seen taking her autumn wardrobe out of storage, which consists of slightly different sets of pyjamas.
