An AuDHD woman would make a groundbreaking contribution to the world if she were able to do anything at all, it has been reported.
Sabeen Bhatt, 30, has mentally computed the answer to a previously unsolved physics problem, but, after 40 minutes of being stuck sitting on the edge of her bathtub in just a towel, has been unable to do anything about it.
Bhatt said: “I’m quite sure I’ve just earned a Nobel Prize, but my brain has forgotten how to tell my body to move, and everything just feels like a daunting task with too many steps. I can explain quantum mechanics to a five year old, but the thought of brushing my teeth makes me want to slap my mother for bringing me into this merciless existence.”
“I’d go to the computer and start drafting my thesis, but the only thing I can do right now is recite all the words to Breathe by Blu Cantrell,” Bhatt continued. “I can replay the music video frame-by-frame in my mind, right down to the baby-blue convertible doing doughnuts in an empty car park, but I can’t go to the toilet even though it’s a metre away. I’m going to wee myself before I get to Sean Paul’s verse.”
Bhatt then finally stood up and left the bathroom, but immediately forgot what she was going to do and instead went to eat an unfilled bagel on the kitchen floor.
