A woman has explained that everyone is “a little bit autistic,” despite being the most aggressively neurotypical person on the planet, sources have revealed.

Karen Hoyland, 40, who believes that “we’re all on the spectrum somewhere” also enjoys daily Zumba classes, has the TV and radio on at the same time and lists the supermarket as her “happy place”.

She said: “We all probably have some autism in us. For example, I really like Call the Midwife.”

Hoyland was unable to elaborate on what this preference had to do with autism, but added: “See?”

Hoyland was last seen making small talk with a supermarket cashier about how she’s also “pretty OCD about cleaning” while a large queue formed behind her.
