An AuDHD woman about to start her period has reportedly been compared to Jason Bourne after failing to recall any biographical information about herself.
Noriko Hamazaki, 35, has been experiencing a rapid deterioration in cognitive function as her period draws closer, leading her to forget who, and even what, she is.
Hamazaki said: “The dental receptionist asked for my name and date of birth yesterday and I legitimately had to start guessing. Aprember the seventwelth? Is that a date?”
“Luckily, my dentist remembered me. Which made me feel awful, because the only thing I could remember about him was that he was a dentist, and even then that required me heavily relying on visual cues, like his facial expressions and his collection of individually wrapped torture sticks.”
“God, I hope I don’t turn out to have ties to the CIA or anything. If so, I’m massively letting them down.”
