A polyamorous woman with two partners and AuDHD has found herself caught in a constant battle between the deep love and affection she has for her partners, and the equally deep fear and loathing she has for having to do any admin, eyewitnesses have said.
Chi-Young Lee, 42, is in long-term relationships with Eli Port, 39, and Noah Michaels, 44, both of whom have additional partners, leading to a situation Lee describes as “An absolute fucking nightmare that I hate and wouldn’t change at all.”
Lee said: “It’s bad enough organising myself to get into the shower and then do some work, but if I want to maybe go to the cinema with Eli, I first need to check whether they’re free or seeing their other partners, and then make sure that Noah feels loved and comfortable as well. It’s like having to solve a quadratic equation just to hold someone’s hand while eating popcorn!”
Port and Michaels, on the other hand, have no such difficulties. Michaels explained: “Oh we’re fine. Both of us are just autistic rather than AuDHD, so we actually quite like the diary management aspect of it.”
Port added: “Yeah, you get to go on a date AND play with the diary-management equivalent of a Rubik’s Cube! What’s not to love!”
When contacted for additional comment, Lee was found hunched in her room, following traces of red string on a cork board, desperately trying to remember which of her partners was coeliac and which one had a birthday the next day.
