A woman considered generally unstable at the best of times is wondering whether her period might be to blame, according to reports.
Ellie Mulligan, 31, from Prestwich, insists her mood fluctuations are related to a specific phase of her menstrual cycle – despite being objectively bonkerballs at every stage.
“Yes, I’m anxious and suicidally depressed,” Mulligan told us. “Which must mean I’m either about to start my period, I’m coming off it, or I’m ovulating. It’s got to be one of those!”
Mulligan’s GP, Dr. Paul Shinter, commented: “Maybe a mindful walk will help?”
