An autistic woman is challenging autism stereotypes by refusing to give a shit about the environment, according to reports.

Ellie Mulligan, 24, from Chorlton, stated she grew weary of hearing “What, like Greta?” every time she revealed her diagnosis to friends and family. Since then, she’s been committed to defying expectations by refusing to recycle empty loo roll holders, drinking water straight out of plastic bottles and throwing glass Gu pots straight in the bin.

Frustrated by assumptions she’s an ardent environmentalist, Mulligan claims she’s changing the game for autistic representation – whilst completely destroying the planet. 

“Seeing an autistic woman lacking in passion is really inspiring,” local resident Paul Shinter, 43, who recently got rid of his solar panels in solidarity, commented. “More of us in this world should aspire to not be making a difference.”

“I want to prove that autistic people can be anything they want to be,” Mulligan added. “Including twats.”
