An autistic woman who finally stopped taking her family’s crap has ruined a perfectly nice day out, eyewitnesses have claimed.

According to sources, nobody was upset before Emma Bernard, 36, expressed how upset she was – and now everything’s uncomfortable and we hope she’s happy.

An anonymous source explained: “We were just innocently disbelieving her about her ‘disability’, while mocking her for having needs associated with said disability, when she very rudely told us to stop it.”

“We’re just saying – it’s one thing for us to be ableist, racist, homophobic, transphobic and frequently downright abusive, but entirely another thing for Emma to SAY something about it.”

“Maybe SHE didn’t shout,” the source continued. “But she made US shout at her, which is worse because somehow that makes US the bad guys??”

“She keeps going on about boundaries. BOUNDARIES! Who the fuck does she think she is? She is legally required to be the family doormat.”

Bernard commented: “The silver lining is I’ve been uninvited from all future events.”
