An AuDHD person has finally built up a bank of Instagram Reels designed to address every issue they have had, currently have, and will ever have, it has been reported.

Des Ackerman, 31, scrolls their feed looking for videos made by the kind of self-actualised people who deliver raw, unprocessed wisdom from a parked car or airy minimalist bedroom. Ackerman is reportedly certain that as soon as they internalise every single bit of advice from the Reels they’ve saved, they will reach enlightenment.

“I’ve created a troubleshooting guide personalised to my own life,” said Ackerman. “I can now distinguish a heart attack from period pain and stop my cookies losing their shape in the oven, which means I hold the sum total of human knowledge in the palm of my hand.”

“Between this friendly IT consultant and this realistic fitness coach, I will singlehandedly be able to stop the rising tide of generative AI while learning to embrace body neutrality. I love social media.”

“The only problem is my screen time’s gone through the roof –  Wait, I think I saved a Reel about that.”
