A woman actually does look pretty autistic, to be honest, according to eyewitnesses.
Natasha Weaving, 27, who has been told by ignorant bystanders that she “doesn’t look autistic”, genuinely could not look more autistic if she tried.
Fellow autistic woman, Niamh Callaghan, 35, commented: “How can I tell? Madam, she hasn’t stopped bouncing her knee, she’s got five sets of the same dungarees and her hair is literally blue.”
“She’s wearing an entire outfit of bold clashing patterns and she’s got a death glare that’s like if Wednesday Addams and Medusa had a particularly furious baby.”
“The only thing she’s missing is a giant pair of headphones,” Callaghan continued. “Oh no, wait – she’s getting them out her bag. Yep, those are fucking massive.”
Weaving responded: “Hey! My hair isn’t always blue! Sometimes it’s purple.”
Weaving then put on her massive noise-cancelling headphones so she didn’t have to talk to us anymore.
