A general practitioner who went to medical school for six years now treats anxiety by prescribing a mindful colouring book and box of crayons, sources have reported.

Dr. Graeme Hart, who paid almost £125k for his training, really thinks you’d benefit from scribbling on this nice picture of a koala.

Autistic patient, Paige Thomas, 32, said: “I went to see Dr. Hart because I’ve been having constant intrusive thoughts about the world ending unless I tap myself on the head every 30 seconds.”

“I was worried he wouldn’t be able to help me, given my lifetime of trauma, but then he gave me an intricate drawing of an owl with flowers for eyes and a box of Crayola.”

“I thought I’d need to go to therapy or take medication,” Thomas continued. “But Dr. Hart disagreed – and he was right. Mindful colouring works a treat. I just can’t accidentally colour outside the lines or there’ll be a nuclear war.”

Dr. Hart was last seen treating cancer by prescribing papier-mâché.
