A demon spirit initially sighted by a man in his apartment was actually an autistic woman who just wanted someone to pass her a towel, it has been revealed.
Dexter Livingstone, 31, was lying in bed typing a WhatsApp message when he spotted the vengeful ghost wandering slowly towards him, like Samara Morgan in The Ring.
On a second glance, however, it was revealed the “ghost” was his girlfriend, Sarah Harrow, 29, with her long, dripping-wet dyed-black hair – who had forgotten to check if there was a towel on the rail before entering the bathroom.
Livingstone said: “She came closer and closer. I yelled and dropped my phone on the pillow. She said, ‘Dexter, I can’t fucking see.’ At one point, she asked if I’d seen her conditioner. As I screamed for my life, she accused me of moving her Tangle Teezer.”
Harrow said: “Dexter, can you pass me the fucking towel?”
