An investigation by The Daily Tism has found that other people do not feel genuinely and profoundly sick at the thought of having to go out.

According to our sources, suddenly feeling ill before you have to embark on plans you made is rarely experienced by the majority of the population, who instead feel anything from excited to entirely neutral about attending a meetup they had no qualms about agreeing to at the time.

Sources say that people often look forward to the opportunity to go out and partake in a planned activity, instead of experiencing the desperate urge to cancel just to make the pain go away.

While some reportedly do experience relief at having plans cancelled, it is not usually the same level of relief associated with being rescued from a burning building.

You commented: “I’ll leave in a moment. I just have to ignore every impulse in my body that’s telling me not to.”
