An autistic person is unsure when it became standard practice for their colleagues to come to their office for a good cry, sources have confirmed.
Paige Thomas, 29, had initially thought their admin job entailed admin-related tasks – but quickly discovered they were wrong.
They said: “In my first week, I cried in the office when I found out my Nan died. Maybe that set a precedent?”
“I’ve been told I’m a safe person,” they continued. “Which is lovely, but I’m running out of time to do my actual job – and my tissue budget is out of control.”
Thomas was last seen Googling “how to not have one of those faces.”
